Marketing Co-ordinator

Toronto, ON

This a fast-paced role that involves working closely with their Head of Marketing and Senior Leadership Team to facilitate our marketing activities across the United States, and Canada. This plays an important role in the growth of their rapidly expanding global business.


  • Manage all aspects of HubSpot, sending newsletters and email communications, running campaigns and tracking results
  • Help maintain the company website, making updates, publishing new content, building landing pages
  • Develop and execute promotion plans for their content and news announcements
  • Running their LinkedIn paid ads, and social media accounts and developing strategies to help grow their following
  • Update and maintain a variety of marketing collateral which consists of presentations, fact sheets, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Track, analyze and reporting on key metrics
  • Managing a variety of ad hoc marketing requests including, but not limited to, running surveys and webinars, overseeing events, and managing special projects


  • 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role
  • Demonstrated HubSpot experience
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable using Google Slides and Adobe InDesign if needed (or willing to learn)
  • Excellent close attention to detail
  • Passionate about consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, both under supervision
  • Strives in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in technology, professional services or financial services sectors preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree

This is a full-time position located in Downtown Toronto on a hybrid work from home model due to Covid-19. It will require to be onsite 5 days a week post pandemic.
