-        Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

-        Experience creating business process diagrams, activity diagrams, and workflow models using tools like BPMN, Visio, or PowerDesigner.

Public Sector Experience (5%)

-        Demonstrated experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), especially in public sector environments.

-        Familiar with accessibility (e.g., AODA), privacy, and UX design.

-        Experience navigating complex organizational structures and approval chains.
