Hybrid - - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
MUST HAVES:
-5 to 10 years of experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non GUI environments.
-Demonstrated experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities.
-Demonstrated experience in executing functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems level integration tests.
-Demonstrated experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases.
Demonstrated experience in procedures and techniques of testing web based, online, batch, client server systems and web services.
-Demonstrated experience Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
-Expertise in end-to-end digital accessibility testing, including automated, manual, and assistive techniques.
-Knowledge of the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1 level A and AA.
Other skills - 25%
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and test plan walkthroughs and in carrying out static testing.
-Demonstrated experience in setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-today computer systems operations.
Client Support - 10%
Demonstrated experience of working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set up for training and implementation.
Government Business Process Experience - 5%
Working experience on applications that automate internal government business processes such as Websphere, e-Forms, JDBC, and Business Objects Enterprise etc., would be an asset.
