Job Description : 
Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Order Management System (OMS) implementations and integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one OMS platform: IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.
• Proficient in integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), WMS, 3PL logistics, and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage both technical and business teams.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid team structure and lead onsite-offshore coordination effectively.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience in OMS configuration, order workflows, and fulfiller modules.
• Familiarity with omnichannel fulfilment models in B2C/B2B environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
