Role : Operations Manager

Responsibilities : 

Operations Management

  • Manage and streamline daily operational processes across departments.

  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure goals are met.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian workplace regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the operations support team.

  • Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Support senior management in developing operational strategies and business plans.

  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for leadership teams.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Oversee contracts, procurement, and operational budgets.

  • Ensure timely resolution of operational challenges and escalations.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to all operational policies and legal regulations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and performance reports.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in operations tools and reporting platforms.
