About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (5+ years) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and scaling infrastructure, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).

  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).

  • Ensure high system availability, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and alerting.

  • Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize workflows.

  • Maintain system security, compliance, and backups.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, etc.).

  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.

  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, etc.).

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).

  • Understanding of networking, load balancers, DNS, security best practices.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps culture.
