Job Title: OMS Intern
Location: Porvorim, Goa
Internship Duration: 5 months
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically inclined OMS Intern to support implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation activities related to Sterling Order Management. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise Order Management Systems used in large-scale retail and supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding IBM OMS architecture, components, and order lifecycles.
- Support configuration of OMS modules such as Order Capture, Fulfillment, Sourcing, and Returns.
- Participate in requirement analysis and functional documentation.
- Assist in system testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT support) and defect tracking.
- Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, WMS, POS, payment gateways).
- Help monitor OMS transactions, queues, and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare KT documents, SOPs, and process flows.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
