Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Commercial Sales Executive to accelerate growth across North America, targeting mid-market and commercial accounts. This role focuses on selling AI-powered solutions and Supply Chain IT services, helping organizations modernize operations, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing a high-velocity sales pipeline, and has experience selling technology or consulting solutions to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
  • Own and achieve sales targets for commercial (mid-market) accounts across North America.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong, high-velocity sales pipeline.
AI & Supply Chain Solutions Selling
  • Sell AI-driven and supply chain IT solutions tailored to mid-market customer needs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business objectives.
  • Position solutions around efficiency, cost optimization, visibility, and scalability.
Account Acquisition & Expansion
  • Focus on new logo acquisition while expanding existing commercial accounts.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and solutions.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships to increase lifetime value.
Sales Execution
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently with shorter sales cycles.
Customer Engagement
  • Build relationships with business and functional leaders (Operations, Supply Chain, IT).
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to delivery and customer success teams.
Collaboration & Market Feedback
  • Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Support campaigns, events, and partner-driven opportunities.

Qualifications
Experience
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Proven success in selling to mid-market/commercial accounts in North America.
  • Experience in AI, analytics, or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric, consultative selling approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business or technology-related field preferred.
