Job Title: Global Inside Sales Manager (Player-Coach) – AI & Supply Chain Solutions
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Global Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale a distributed inside sales team across India, the Philippines, and LATAM, driving revenue growth in North America and EMEA markets. This is a player-coach role, where you will both own a personal sales quota and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on Agentic AI and Supply Chain / EDI solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong frontline sales execution with team leadership experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, global sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Player-Coach Sales Leadership
  • Carry and deliver an individual sales quota alongside team targets.
  • Lead from the front by actively engaging in prospecting, deal execution, and closing.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed quotas.
Team Management & Development
  • Manage a distributed global team across India, the Philippines, and LATAM.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management.
  • Establish a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and continuous feedback.
Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth
  • Oversee pipeline creation for North America and EMEA markets.
  • Ensure consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound lead conversion.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
AI & Supply Chain / EDI Solutions Selling
  • Drive sales of Agentic AI solutions and Supply Chain / EDI services.
  • Support team in positioning value propositions and handling objections.
  • Participate in key deals, especially for strategic or complex opportunities.
Sales Process & Operations
  • Implement scalable inside sales processes, playbooks, and cadences.
  • Ensure CRM discipline, data accuracy, and reporting consistency.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Partnerships teams.
  • Align on campaigns, target accounts, and GTM strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to refine messaging and offerings.
Market Focus
  • Drive engagement with prospects and customers across North America and EMEA.
  • Understand regional nuances and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
Experience
  • 8–12 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or quota-carrying sales roles.
  • 3+ years in a team leadership or player-coach capacity.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual and team quotas.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, Supply Chain, or EDI solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing global/distributed teams is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline-building expertise.
  • Hands-on sales approach with the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills across global teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business or technology discipline preferred.
