Job Title: Vice President, Global Sales
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Global Sales to lead worldwide sales strategy and execution across our Enterprise and Commercial Services portfolio, as well as our TiA Agentic Platform. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing global sales organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling global B2B sales teams, deep experience in enterprise technology/services, and a forward-looking mindset around AI-driven platforms and agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Global Sales Leadership
  • Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, geographically distributed sales organization.
  • Establish clear KPIs, forecasts, and performance management frameworks.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
  • Own global revenue targets across Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, industries, and strategic accounts.
  • Drive pipeline generation and conversion through effective GTM strategies.
Enterprise & Commercial Sales
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Lead complex, high-value deal cycles and negotiations.
  • Develop tailored value propositions for enterprise and mid-market clients.
TiA Agentic Platform Sales
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth of the TiA Agentic Platform.
  • Position agentic AI capabilities as a strategic differentiator for clients.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and GTM for AI-led solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.
  • Support partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem development.
Sales Operations & Excellence
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and CRM best practices.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and accurate forecasting.
  • Optimize sales productivity, coverage models, and compensation plans.

Qualifications
Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5+ years in a global leadership role.
  • Proven success in selling enterprise technology, SaaS, or services solutions.
  • Experience leading sales for AI, automation, or platform-based offerings is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills across regions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales analytics and forecasting.
Education
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
