Senior Project Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Finance Transformation to lead and deliver strategic finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, ERP implementations, operating model changes, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, finance domain knowledge, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs and projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Support ERP implementation, process standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Define transformation roadmaps, business requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with a focus on Finance Transformation.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience leading ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
