IT Engineer (AWS)

Experience: 3–4 Years | Location: Goa | Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an IT Engineer with hands-on AWS experience, Office 365/Microsoft 365 knowledge, and basic understanding of AI tools to manage internal IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage users, devices, IT systems, applications, and access.

  • Support AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and cloud-related issues.

  • Manage Office 365/Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licenses, email, and related services.

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and deprovisioning.

  • Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.

  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

  • Explore and support the use of basic AI tools to improve IT productivity and automate routine tasks.

  • Provide timely technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, Cloud Support, or a similar role.

  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.

  • Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Office 365/Microsoft 365.

  • Basic understanding of AI tools and concepts.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and technical teams.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to handle multiple IT requests effectively.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.

  • AWS certification is a plus.
