IT Engineer (Azure)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

* Manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access.
* Provide *Azure cloud support* – Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Virtual Network, and Azure Monitor.
* Manage *Microsoft 365/Office 365*, user accounts, licenses, and email.
* Troubleshoot *Windows/Linux, hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues*.
* Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
* Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.
* Support basic *AI tools* and automation for IT operations.
* Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.

 

Requirements

* *3–4 years* of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud Support.
* Hands-on experience with *Microsoft Azure*.
* Good knowledge of *Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365*.
* Basic understanding of *AI tools*.
* *Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.*
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and with teams.
* *Azure certification is a plus.*
