Job Description 

• 5+ years of Project management / Customer engagement experience  

• Understand Business Process & Robotic Process Automation (RPA)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunity in detail 

• Take a lead on opportunity assessments and business reviews 

• Drive regular project meetings, ensure adherence to project milestones 

• Track risks/issues and escalate as needed to senior management 

• Manage discussions with application owners for application access ahead of time and follow up till closure 

• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills 

• Proven project management experience, including the use of project plans, issue logs, Jira etc. 

• Strong skills in Microsoft office suite required (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project 

• Working knowledge of RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Uipath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate)  

• Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodology will be a big plus 

• Experience in presenting reports/ key messages to senior stakeholders,  status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items) to the working group   

• Experience in managing globally distributed teams and multiple projects running simultaneously 

• Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders & technology partners  

• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
