- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, including designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in production environments and managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with GitHub Actions to build automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Proficiency in Node.js for writing and maintaining deployment scripts, automation tooling, and pipeline utilities.
- Working knowledge of frontend and backend development languages (Angular, Java, Node.js) and package management tools (npm, Maven) sufficient to collaborate effectively with application teams and troubleshoot pipeline and runtime issues.
- Experience supporting production-level software using monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
- Strong understanding of software delivery best practices: version control, code review, branching strategies, and release management.
Nice To Have
- Experience with OpenShift (OCP4) and managing deployments using Helm charts and Argo CD.
- Experience with Nx monorepos and Nx Cloud for distributed task execution and build caching.
- Familiarity with API gateway and edge technologies such as Spring Cloud Gateway, Akamai, and CloudFlare.
- Experience with the GitHub API and building custom GitHub Apps to extend and automate developer workflows beyond standard GitHub Actions.

- Experience managing secrets and dynamic credentials with HashiCorp Vault in a cloud-native environment.
- Experience integrating container and dependency vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Aqua Security, Snyk) as well as static code analysis tools (e.g. SonarQube) into CI/CD pipelines as part of a DevSecOps practice.
- Experience working with AWS S3 for artifact storage, build caching, or deployment pipeline integration.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex infrastructure topics into clear terms for product owners and business stakeholders.
- Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, performance) and configuring testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Playwright) to run on CI/CD pipelines.
