Role: EDI Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TXExperience: 6–8 Years
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead AI-related initiatives in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) domain. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes. Experience in the Healthcare domain with HIPAA compliance requirements is highly desirable.
Important Evaluation Criteria
- Healthcare EDI experience with HIPAA transactions (837, 835, 270/271) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of product roadmap, KPIs, backlog, and program-level product delivery.
- Hands-on experience with EDI mapping and integration is preferred.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled EDI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of EDI communication protocols such as AS2 and MDN.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-based EDI solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure product solutions align with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy requirements, where applicable.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Good understanding of the EDI domain and business processes.
- Experience working with Healthcare EDI transactions (X12) and knowledge of HIPAA standards is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the Healthcare domain, including HIPAA compliance, is highly preferred.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare domains is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira is preferred.
