IT Engineer (AWS)

Experience: 2–3 Years | Location: Goa | Type: Full-Time

 

We are looking for an IT Engineer with AWS, Office 365, and basic AI knowledge to manage internal IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Manage users, devices, IT systems, and access.

- Support AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.

- Manage Office 365/Microsoft 365, accounts, licenses, and email.

- Handle onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.

- Manage backups, security, patches, and system updates.

- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors.

- Explore and support the use of basic AI tools for IT productivity and automation.

 

Requirements:

 

- 3 -4 years of IT Support/System Administration/Cloud Support experience.

- Hands-on AWS knowledge.

- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Office 365.

- Basic understanding of AI tools and concepts.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- AWS certification is a plu
