Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong skills in Automation Anywhere and Document Automation (DA) to design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Work on Document Automation / Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
• Configure document processing workflows, extraction, validation, and classification.
• Integrate RPA bots with business applications and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot and document-processing issues.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and support process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
• Strong experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
• Practical experience with Document Automation / IQ Bot / Document Processing.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of exception handling, debugging, and bot monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Python knowledge.
• Experience with AI/ML-based document processing.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
