Job Description: 

• Total IT experience of 5+ years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations and building custom applications, well versed of ITIL processes. 
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules - Incident Management and Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, Work Request Management, ServiceNow Discovery, Software Asset Management, Asset Management , CMDB , Contract Management 
• Good hands on knowledge and experience of Angular JS, JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services, Good analytical and debugging skill 
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills 
• Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities 
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation. 
• Defining event co-relation strategy and rules across all Systems to co-relate events and eliminate false positives. 
• Implementation of Event co-relation platform 
• Event correlation for actionable alerts and CMDB updates enabled through Capgemini Event Correlation solution 
• Capture events from enterprise monitoring tools in a single ServiceNow instance 
• Definition and Implementation of a service delivery and operations dashboard showing service status like critical Incident, Availability, Change Calendar, Blackout periods, Upcoming downtimes, SLAs, Analytics etc 
• Role based access control for dashboard 
• Integrated Configuration Management process with Incident, Problem and Change Management 
• Auto population of CMDB by integration of existing ServiceNow CMDB with other tools 
• ITIL certified or any Onsite experience will be helpful (Optional)
