Job Description

Required Skills & Experience
  • Significant direct experience with delivering on project or program streams responsible for government run and/or regulated environment projects;
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Project and Program
  • Management principles and methodologies;
  • Understanding and experience with government policy and
  • regulations;
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal;
  • Excellent active listening skills;
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization – quickly establishing and then maintaining relationships;
  • Ability to understand the requirements of each functional area;
  • Ability to identify potential risks and points of resistance and develop specific plants to mitigate or address the concerns;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and project team members;
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines and working independently;
  • PM experience leading at least 2 large projects in an organization similar in size and complexity as the LDB;
  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience leading and managing business and IT projects of increasing complexity and size and at least one project with a significant component of
  • organizational change management and ability to successfully drive completion of business and technology deliverables to schedule and budget
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in program management;
  • The ability to deliver programs to time, scope and quality requirements;
  • Experience with multi-faceted process and organization structure changes;
  • A working knowledge of the PROSCI / ADKAR model of change
  • management, or be willing to take an internal LDB training program;
  • Experience managing complex, high-profile projects involving new business;
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks in a timely manner; 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Wholesale & Distribution Senior PM:
  • Finance and Pricing Model;
  • Wholesale e-commerce transactions;
  • Distribution;
  • Inbound, outbound, and inventory;
  • Product information management; and
  • Deports and physical security.
Retail Senior PM: 
  • A retail environment with a significant number of stores and SKUs relative
  • to the size and complexity of the LDB;
  • Point-of-Sale, Inventory, Store Back Office, Pricing, Markup/Promotions,
  • Merchandising, Merchandise Space Planning;
  • Point-of-Sale Replenishment;
  • Store Staffing;
  • Store Merchandising; and
  • Branding.
Warehouse Management System Senior PM: 
Wholesale Supply Chain Systems: Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Demand Planning, Purchase Order Management, Lifecycle Management.

IT Delivery Senior PM: 
  • The coordination of design, testing, integration, and implementation for all system on IT Roadmap for the program (wholesale, retail, online).
Workforce Transition Senior PM: 
  • Strong experience in workforce transition and move management projects.
  • To be successful for this role you would have prior experience in running
  • relocation projects and be hands on from an end-to-end perspective,
  • including the move of critical infrastructure and services and managing
  • multiple vendors, to ensure a smooth transition occurs;
  • A minimum five (5) years of project management experience;
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end relocation projects;
  • Extensive vendor management experience;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups;
  • Strong infrastructure background; and
  • Have a Project Management Professional (“PMP”) or equivalent certification.

Desirable Skills and Experience 
  • The following skills and experience are desirable and will enhance this category,

  • Project Management Professional (“PMP”) or equivalent certification;
