This Project will require development, configuration and testing activities within CRTS. The Client needs to add expertise to the CRTS team in BT Operations to deliver with a time to market that will satisfy our business stakeholders, and to continue to support the day-to-day operational requirements (incidents, service requests, changes, problems) of business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated extensive development and configuration experience with Charles River Trading System (CRTS) investment management system as a developer.
  • Demonstrated developer experience within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and updating application and user group permissions with the CRTS application.
  • Demonstrated implementation and configuration experience with post-trade settlement - settlement defaults, commissions, and rules within CRTS
  • Demonstrated development and configuration experience with the setup of MSMQ or batch components – batch import and export within CRTS.
  • Demonstrated development and configuration experience with customizing Blotters, Manager Workbench, Workflow Rules and Workflow Monitor alerts within CRTS.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Crystal Reports for the creation of CRTS customized reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role which requires exceptional people skills and the ability to work with others to meet objectives.
  • Demonstrated development and hands-on experience with MS SQL Server database configuration, stored procedures, triggers, queries, and basic administration functions
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with a quality assurance team in the creation, execution, and reporting of test cases.
  • Demonstrated working experience in asset management and is aware of various lines of business involved, portfolio management, order execution and middle/back office transactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with teams to guide, mentor and disseminate knowledge and techniques to others for short term as well as longer-term effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated CRTS experience working with a version greater than 9.1.
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or Math with a preference given for a post-graduate degree.
