Job Description 
What you will do 
  • Responsible for Test plan development both Functional and E2E.  
  • Responsible for regression, functional and E2E test execution  
  • Closely working with Developer and track the defect to the closure  
  • Bug review, test cases reviews and working closely with peers 
  • Automating test cases, running and maintaining them  
  • Analyzing functional issue and help the developer to fix the bug 
  • Deployment support  
  • Working closely with BSA and analyses the requirements  
What you need to succeed 
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years’ experience in testing. 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Should have good Problem Solving and Diagnostic Skills. 
  • Should be able to work in Agile 
  • Should work closely with development team to report defects and take them to closure. 
  • Excellent analytical & test design abilities. 
  • Working understanding of techniques for testing software. 
  • Ability to work and participate in a team with open and collaborative style of communications. 
  • Hands on experience on Test and Defect management tool: Jira  
 Technical Skills: Mandatory  
  • Base customization: Business partner, Transactions, Actions, Status management, Partner process Activities and Tasks. 
  • Service: Knowledge on Service components like Installed base etc. 
  • Marketing: Marketing plan, Campaign management 
  • Interaction Center: Business Role, Navigation Bar, Transaction, ICWEB profiles and call center profiles 
  • Hands on experience on CRM 7.0 
  • Basic knowledge on Middleware concepts 
  • Understand the CRM integration and data flow with other systems like ECC and Java based applications 
  • Knowledge on Automating SAP Module using tools like TAO or QTP 
  • Knowledge on SAP ECC and FICO process 
  • Knowledge in creating Test data in SAP modules 
  • Exposure to Agile methodology  
  • Web Application architecture  
  • Functional knowledge on SAP Modules- ECC, CI, CC, CRM System 
  • Good understanding about testing UI (HTML 5 based application) application  
  • Good understanding about testing restful API’s  
  • Good knowledge on preparing test plan, test cases from User story/Spec  
  • Good understanding about regression planning  
  • Good exposure E2E testing  
  Nice to have 
  • UI & API Automation testing using, Java, Selenium 
  • Developing Test script  
  • JIR Test Management tool  
  • Good debugging skills
