Job description: 

Our client is looking for an experienced business analyst with content management solution experience and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe CQ, and Method CMS. This person will assist in the migration of content, templates, workflow, transformations, and rules from the existing Interwoven based artifacts to AEM. The candidate will also assist with the migration of several other home grown or 3rd party CMS solutions to the new AEM platform.

The candidate should have a strong background in capturing and documenting aspects of content management solutions including content lifecycle, content structure, information architecture, workflows, traceability, access rights and ownership.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Work as part of an Agile team dedicated to the implementation of a new Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System.
  • Help the business decide how they want to use tools and workflows to create, share, and reuse content across multiple web sites and apps.
  • Work with both business and technology stakeholders, translating user needs into solutions.
  • Assist in content audit/inventory analysis.
  • Help identify unused content for migration pruning.
  • Assist in content modeling As-Is and To-Be for content transition between systems.
  • Identify use and traceability of content to applications and business cases.
  • Document security, workflow, and life cycle requirements
  • Ensures that the solution design satisfies objectives and meets success criteria.
  • Creates quality project artifacts such as stories, success criteria, models (e.g., context diagrams, process maps, use cases, content models, site maps), traceability matrices, and others as appropriate.
  • Liaises between business subject matter experts and technologists throughout the project lifecycle.
