Tangentia is one of the key Implementation partners with IBM and work closely with IBM services groups like GBS, GTS and ISSW. Tangentia isauthorized to sell and implement all IBM software brands across USA, Canada & India. Some of our key strengths are around  Identity & Access Management, IBM security, Sterling Commerce, Cognos, Tivoli and WebSphere. Tangentia is also a key partner and works closely with the IBM training group.

We are hiring for the following position

Role: Technical Activities (Run and Support)

Location:Toronto, ON

Consultant Level: Programmer/Technical Level (Infrastructure, Operations, Support)

Project Requirements: 
  • Primary Task:
    • Be able to work under supervision to help support our commercial business to business applications leveraging their prior experience with 
      • ITIL Service Operation
      • Service-Now, JIRA, Confluence
      • Internal Business User Support
      • Working with off-shore global support teams
    • It is expected that there will be some after-hours and week-end on-call support required.  About 1 week out of three.
    • French is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Value added tasks:
    • Provide best practices handling incidents, implementing changes, ensuring continuous improvement within an agile SCRUM based local development group.

o    The applications supported are in-house developed ordering portal, SAP ERP, in-house CRM system.
