Job Description 
Position and/or Project Description: The Planner/Scheduler service provides the planning, scheduling and coordinating of IT work.  This particular position will be focused on the yearly refresh project that replaces user's workstations.  This includes reviewing and scrutinizing software and hardware requirment with the end users.  This resources will also assist with day to day IT requests for desktop hardware and software.

Desired Education/Certifications:
Certificate or diploma in business, administration or computer science/IT from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Mandatory Experience:
Experience planning, scheduling or coordinating work, particularly in an IT environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desired Experience:
Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
Experience with procurement activities.
Experience working with vendors and end users.
Leadership, coaching or mentoring experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently.

Deliverable(s):
Processes, procedures and documentation relating to planning and scheduling.
Reporting on work completed.
Reporting on percentage of workstation refreshes complete.
