Job Description 
As an Enterprise Software Engineer within the IT Enterprise Marketing organization, you will support an Agile team delivering technology solutions to support the Adobe marketing organization’s strategic priorities. Your primary goal will be to design, deliver, and support fully integrated solutions that enable Adobe’s lead generation activities. You will work on unique enterprise challenges in a large, complex environment. 
You will be focused on the marketing automation areas of lead scoring, predictive scoring, data enrichment, and nurture programs integrated directly into the corporate SFDC system.  You must have a passion for technology, process, and a demonstrated sense of curiosity to work through complex technical, data, and process challenges at an enterprise scale.  You’ll work closely with our team of analysts, developers, QA, and product owners in North America and India in designing, developing, operating and supporting leading-edge enterprise marketing experiences.
What you’ll do
  • Develop business-critical solutions using Adobe’s marketing automation platform, Adobe Campaign.
  • Become an expert in Adobe Campaign and actively contribute to its improvement.
  • Build integrations between applications using HTTP, Snaplogic, Splunk, JSON and RESTful design principles
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, technical leads, and analysts to develop clean, high-quality deliverables with crisp, concise documentation.
  • Work as part of an Agile-scrum team to consistently deliver business-relevant features, maintaining and owning whatever you deliver.
What you need to succeed
  • Proven experience using structured, disciplined approaches to solving technical, data, and logical problems.
  • Passion and drive to learn new technologies, platforms, and business processes.
  • Strong fundamentals in an object-oriented language like Java; Familiarity with client-side technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
  • Strong RDBMS experience.
  • Background in web services and systems integrations using HTTP and RESTful design principles
  • Solid understanding of software development models, web technologies, database concepts and modern service-oriented architectures.
  • Understanding of version control systems like GitHub and Perforce
  • Understanding of build tools like Jenkins, Maven, and ANT
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail with a proactive mindset and the ability to work as part of a global team in North America and India.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting & implementing enterprise applications
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development or IT
  • Preferred 1+ years’ experience with the Agile methodology.
  • Preferred 1+ years’ experience with story/sprint tracking tools such as JIRA or equivalent
  • Preferred 1+ years’ experience supporting marketing automation or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of integrations between hosted services and on-premise enterprise applications a plus.
  • Salesforce.com experience highly desired
