Required Skills:
Excellent analytical, requirement analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to mentor teams
Ability to quickly build trust with the stakeholders, understand and adapt to their communication style to gather requirements efficiently.
Ability to work in an agile environment
Facilitate effective sessions with business/technology/operations stakeholders
Ability to document clear and concise requirement for IT team for solutions.
Contact Centre Experience:
Strong experience working with skill-based routing utilizing Genesis
Experience with Contact Center technologies such as Avaya, Cisco etc.
Ability to prioritize and triage work to keep all teams occupied.
Self-motivated to put in extra effort to come up to speed with project demands quickly.
Ability to perform with little or no supervision and eager to work onsite 5 days a week at the client office.
