The IT/Technical Recruiter is responsible for high-level position matching through in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications to determine which candidates to source, interview and hire.
Job Description:
  • Should be willing to work in North America timings  Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  • Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
  • Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Must have strong experience of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
  • Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
  • Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
  • Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
  • Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
