Tangentia Global Services (TGS) is currently looking for Assessment Information Analyst in Greater Toronto Area.

Requirement
  • Understanding of and/or have experience working with common assessments and their application in the Community Care Sectors and the broader health system 
  • Experience in performing business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, decision flows and develop associated data dictionaries
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio and data structures and other industry standard business modelling tools
  • Demonstrated experience in applying technical solutions to address business objectives in the integration and management of data 
  • Understanding of and/ or experience with the maintenance of information standards involving multiple stakeholders 
  • Proven experience in all aspects of business operational framework: analysis, design and implementation
  • Ability to independently determine and manage tasks and processes for the purposes of meeting high level deliverable's. 
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and execution of an operational plan to maintain the IAR while ensuring priorities align with the government’s objectives for evidence-based patient care planning and management;
  • Create and manage documentation of business requirements, or other required documents to support the development of processes related to the IAR operational plan and to support the implemented HSPs in an operational environment;
  • Manage the development of the business operations context and target-environment process flows and procedures required to support the IAR operations;
  • Review regular operations reports and lead with the development of gap analysis and acceptance scenarios for the business application and ensure the completion of the acceptance cycle with business users;
  • Analyze processes and business practices related to the IAR and identify any business requirements or process improvements and their related impacts to end users; Analyze information requests and develop business requirements and supporting documents that align with program and policy requirements;
  • Perform data analysis and support development of improvement strategies to support and maintain the IAR standards;
  • Work directly with HSPs and HSP vendors to coordinate changes and provide business support for changes or enhancements including data quality, testing, data structure and documentation. Ensure the changes made to IAR are accurately reflected in all documentation, including reference and training materials;
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HSPs and third party vendors to ensure coordinated and effective communications that are aligned with Ministry and government priorities;
  • Support the Ministry’s and LHIN’s governance structure to review and discuss issues regarding data standards and data integration, approval on new requests and provide reports related to the operational status and other key deliverables and activities; and
  • Provide input and recommendations to current and future initiatives and manage other operational activities and duties, as required.
