Job description:

This opportunity is for a person with SAP BRF+ experience as well as in the service industry and preferably the public sector. The successful candidate must be highly fluent in the French language (written and oral communication).
Responsibilities for the position include:
  • Assess business and application requirements involving business rules
  • Draw up functional and system specifications
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and business process modeling
  • Develop extensions for BRF+  functionalities
  • Maintain the necessary documentation
  • Conduct appropriate technical unit testing
  • Carry out knowledge transfer to clients in a proactive way
  • Communicate in a team environment with clients and colleagues, including remotely
  • Support deployment and logistics efforts, as necessary
  • Coordinate a BRF+ technical development team located in different geographic locations
Qualifications required for the job include:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in SAP BRF+ development, ideally 3 full project lifecycles based on BRF+.
  • Successful candidates will hold SAP BRF+ development certification.
  • Experience in managing development resources within a complex project is an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation methods, including ASAP
  • Understanding of the new SAP Activate methodology is an asset
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
  • Comprehensive understanding of best practices in the service industry
  • Skills demonstrated in client management, client relations and project scope
  • Excellent management skills and the ability to deliver quality results with a demanding schedule
  • Effective coaching and knowledge transfer skills
  • Advanced analytical sand problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Highly fluent in the French language (written and oral communication)
