Job Details:
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and actively participating in the deployment, installation and configuration of CyberArkPAS Suite (EPV, PVWA, CPM) version 9.x, PTA, AIM,
  • PSM and PSM
  • Leading the CyberArk7.x implementation migration to CyberArk v9. x
  • Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), run books and process manuals.
  • Liaising with architects, analysts, testing and IT support for implementation and planning.
  • Troubleshoot and manage solution/product defects and work with CyberArkfor resolution.
Certification
  • Relevant certifications in Information Technology focusing on Security, Infrastructure
  • Certification (Preferred): CyberArkCertified Delivery Engineer (CDE)
Qualifications/Experience (Mandatory)
  • 3 + years in Information Security, Network technologies, Infrastructure maintenance background
  • 2+ years in Privileged Account Management (PAM) with at least 1 full-cycle CyberArkproject
  • Extensive SME knowledge of the CyberArkPrivileged Account Solution (v 9.x)
Qualifications/Experience (Preferred) - Technical skills
  • Previous experience deploying an enterprise-level CyberArkPAS solution, including PSM, PTA, AIM, and OPM and knowledge of redundancy/cluster configurations, remote configuration, SNMP trap configuration;
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Clustering and networking technologies (including load balancing, global and local traffic management, virtual IP assignment);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communication / technical writing skills;
  • Knowledge or familiarity with systems-development lifecycle processes, including common documentation (e.g. systems requirements, design specifications)
