Job description
- Background in DotNet technologies with either SQL Server or Oracle database
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- 3-4 Years total industry experience
- At least 1 year as a Technical BA OR Agile product owner for at least a 500 person-hour project completed.
- Experience of having created / worked with application dashboards
- Experience of having worked with customers on business / technical requirements as a BA or agile product owner
- Knowledge of working with MS Excel for creating reports / dashboards
- Experience in Business Analysis / Data Analytics
- Experience in one of the following business domains - Retail, Supply Chain, Automotive, Financial
- Good proficiency in English and Hindi as spoken languages.
- Good documentation with an eye for detail and technical accuracy
- Additional Great to Have Skills:
- Prior experience of having worked with a development team / BA for a large enterprise level application
- Experience with Jira
- Knowledge / experience with a BI tool or implementation
- Knowledge of EDI
- Work experience with International customers
The job description would be:
- Work closely with customer and/or customer facing team in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
- Analyze business processes and propose a strategy
- Understand the documents, process flow and the data, and conceptualizing dashboards and reports.
- Creating documents such as BRD, Project Charter, PDD (Process Description Document).
- Ensure feasibility and scalability of the proposed / current architecture and / or business process.
- Assist the team during project implementation and reviews
- Participate in client demos, presales activities, estimation and sizing
- Prepare User Acceptance Scenarios and coordinate user testing
