Job Title: Workday Developer
Location: Toronto ON(Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months

JOB SUMMARY  
Lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
Identify, assess, and solve sophisticated business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management functions, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding.
Work with business to analyze, research, debug and resolve production related issues within the Workday suite of modules.
Opportunity to optimize Workday technology for our business through assessments, process improvements and optimization of technology.
Implementation of Workday technology improvements that enable additional business value.
Lead integration testing activities associated with 2x year Workday release.
