Sales Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Requirements
  • Experience as a Business System Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products (Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, excel, Share point, etc.) and preferred expertise in HubSpot
  • Advanced/Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience with developing products and features for the sales and marketing space  
  • Experience in a startup or enterprise software environment
  • Understand B2B sales processes and be able to comprehend the key commercial factors influencing accelerated increase in company sales and revenue
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Excellent communication skills,  proficient Email Etiquette, fast learner and a team leader

Duties/Responsibilities   
  • Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics  
  • Interpreting and presenting data results   
  • Developing detailed sales forecasting  
  • Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience
  • Monitor and reinforce data quality standards in our CRM system, and influence sales teams to ensure standards are met
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, create execution plans and then implement changes
  • Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system
