Senior Business Analyst
Goa, IndiaKey Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Documentation: Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas suitable for automation. Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process descriptions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Design: Work with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design RPA solutions.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to support RPA solution development and deployment.
- Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support the adoption of RPA solutions across the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of RPA solutions, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
