Job Summary Looking for Sales Executive to join our team and focus on Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of staffing solutions, and a proven track record of building client relationships to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Staff Augmentation services through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their talent needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting Staff Augmentation services to potential clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful resource placement.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT/Staff Augmentation or staffing solutions.
Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation services and resource management.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
