Hands-on Sterling OMS technical expert with strong experience in Call Center, Next Gen Web Store integrations, Payment Processing, Inventory Management, and GIV, covering both development and L2/L3 production support in omnichannel retail systems.
Key Technical Skills & Responsibilities
Deep expertise in Sterling OMS architecture, order lifecycle, sourcing, scheduling, and fulfillment
Customization of services, pipelines, APIs, user exits, agents, and event framework
Strong Call Center customization (UI, mashups, order modifications, payment re-auth)
Next Gen Web Store ↔ OMS integrations (Create/Change Order, availability, acknowledgments)
Payment processing: auth, capture, refunds, re-auth, split shipments, reconciliation
Inventory & GIV: ATP/CTATP, reservations, safety stock, inventory sync, GIV feeds
Hands-on Java, XML, XSLT development
Integrations using REST/SOAP, MQ/JMS with WMS, TMS, POS, ERP, payment systems
L2/L3 support, RCA, stuck orders, event/batch failures, production fixes
