Job Title: Global Partner Channel Manager – AI & Supply Chain Solutions
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Global Partner Channel Manager to build, manage, and scale our global partner ecosystem across technology partners, sales partners, and distribution partners. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for driving revenue through partner channels across North America, EMEA, and other global markets.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in partner/channel sales, experience working with SaaS, AI, or supply chain solutions, and a proven ability to create high-impact alliances that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Global Partner Strategy & Development
  • Define and execute a global partner strategy across technology, sales, and distribution channels.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners aligned with growth objectives.
  • Build a scalable partner ecosystem to expand market reach and accelerate revenue.
Partner Revenue Ownership
  • Own and deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Carry a quota segmented by partner type (technology, sales, distribution).
  • Develop joint business plans (JBPs) with key partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
Technology Partnerships
  • Establish alliances with technology partners (e.g., cloud platforms, AI ecosystems, integration partners).
  • Drive co-innovation, joint solutions, and integrations.
  • Align GTM strategies and co-sell motions with technology partners.
Sales & Distribution Partnerships
  • Build and manage relationships with resellers, system integrators, and distribution partners.
  • Enable partners with training, tools, and sales collateral.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation and deal execution.
Partner Enablement & Programs
  • Design and execute partner enablement programs, certifications, and incentives.
  • Develop partner playbooks, sales kits, and solution messaging.
  • Ensure partners are equipped to effectively position AI and supply chain offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances teams.
  • Align partner strategies with overall GTM plans.
  • Support joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of partner-driven sales.
  • Continuously optimize partner engagement and productivity.

Qualifications
Experience
  • 10–15 years of experience in partner/channel sales, alliances, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through global partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, cloud, or supply chain/EDI solutions preferred.
  • Experience working with global system integrators (GSIs), VARs, and technology platforms.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of partner business models and channel dynamics.
  • Ability to build and manage strategic alliances at a global level.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with quota-carrying experience.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline and performance management.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
