Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owner, developers, business analysts, and end-users) to understand requirements and design solutions.
Provide support for NetSuite functionality related to Order to Cash cycle, inventory, procurement, and financials.
Assist in configuring and maintaining NetSuite modules, including Client scripts, UE scripts, Map Reduce scripts, and workflows.
Quickly learn and build knowledge on IG use of custom records for master data, understand the data structure, and utilize entity relationships to comprehend dependencies between master and transactional data.
Develop a thorough understanding of IG Master and reference data objects, along with business logic, to configure data objects correctly and support all business use case scenarios.
Identify issues, track them, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
System Administration:
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
Manage user roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Documentation:
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Document defects and provide clear steps for reproduction.
Maintain volume test metrics on every run for time series analysis.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in functional setup of NetSuite modules - (e.g., Inventory Management, Order Management, Demand Planning).
Familiarity with the client, UE and Map Reduce script, and workflow testing.
Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and retail processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred – Domain expertise in B2B/supply chain/distribution/warehouse management
