Job Title: Workday Developer
Location: India (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months

Duties and Responsibilities

• Workday Integration development – EIB, Core Connector, DT - XSLT and Studio Integration
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and experience in developing RESTful web services
• Experience in designing and developing BIRT using complex reports.
• Sound understanding of HCM/FIN modules in Workday.
• Work in an open environment where creativity is welcome and encouraged.
• Staying relevant to emerging trends in areas related to Workday product.
• Work with functional team for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
• Review and troubleshoot HCM/FIN integration that were already written.
• Workday Reporting (HCM/FIN)– Create Custom Reports – Advanced/Matrix/Composite reports.
• Build and execute Unit tests, Weekly and Bi-Annual Release Regression Testing.
• Have regular calls with onsite counterparts to be updated with the latest requirements.

Required Skills
• Web Services, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation (XSLT) and Workday Studio
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Analyze, design, develop and debug enterprise applications (Workday)
• Report Writer – Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, and Data Sources
• Knowledge of Core Java, SQL and document databases
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and project simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and having interest to learn new things.
